(2) The supporting factors for the principal in building and improving disciplinary for the administration staff was created and implemented a discipline culture, good income and working by choice. Based on result and discussion of this research, the findings revealed that: (1) The principals leadership in building disciplinary of the administration staff while performing service excellent to students, teachers, and parents were given through dialogues, sharing, directing, and by making a role model.
